Kim's Biography :
Born in Akron, Ohio, and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia, I have lived in Louisville since 2009 and am proud to call Kentucky my home. After graduating from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, I started my career as a systems integration consultant with Andersen Consulting (now known as Accenture) in Washington, DC. In 2001, my husband was transferred to Clearwater, Florida, where we lived for 8 years before relocating to Louisville.
I began my real estate career in 2011 as an assistant for a top producing, 25+ year real estate veteran. In 2015, I realized that I had the desire to help people with the home buying/selling process as well and decided to get my real estate license. My business background and work experiences have benefitted me on my real estate career path—especially in recognizing the value of teamwork, in creating effective processes and, most importantly, in building relationships. My first priority is to treat each and every client I ever have as family.
When I am not working, you will find me spending time with my husband and our three kids. We enjoy exploring everything Kentucky has to offer, including boating, camping, skiing, and hiking. I also teach piano lessons and enjoy volunteering in my community.
In my career, my goal is simply this….to be a lifelong real estate and community resource for you and your family, even long before and after our first transaction together. I will look forward to working with you.
